Project Architect - Higher Education

Do you understand the mission of Community Colleges? We are seeking an individual to join our highly motivated team of architects who are passionate about the work to be accomplished for this major sector of our architectural markets. We are seeking a licensed architect with at least 4-5 years experience and a familiarity with the process of preparing a project for submission to the California State Chancellor's office. This individual must possess excellent verbal and visual presentation skills and be willing to work in this fast moving market place throughout California and beyond. Design and project management skills are a must, but we appreciate a positive aggressive attitude. Please submit your resume and a portfolio of your design work. Requirements:
Bachelor of Architecture or Masters Degree in Architecture from a US University or College
Professional license, preferably NCARB (any state, with potential for registration in California).
Proficiency in AutoCAD required; MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
