PMSM Architects
/ STV Incorporated Awarded New High School Campus
Santa Clarita,
CA - The William S. Hart Union High School District awarded
a brand new high school campus to Phillips Metsch Sweeney
Moore Architects (PMSM) and STV Incorporated. The new campus,
Castaic High School, has an estimated construction cost of
over $45 million. STV Incorporated will serve as the Executive
Architect and will provide all engineering services. PMSM
Architects, under the leadership of Principal Fred L. Sweeney
AIA, will be the Programming and Design Architect. These two
firms are currently utilizing the same working model on another
project for the William S. Hart Union High School District
- Arroyo Seco Middle School worth over $16 million.
