Architects Awarded New Building at Allan Hancock College
Santa Maria, CA
- Allan Hancock College has awarded Phillips Metsch Sweeney
Moore (PMSM) Architects the new Health Occupations & Science
Building.
The building will
be designed by Principal Fred Sweeney AIA and will be managed
by Project Architect Debra Smith AIA. This $13 million, 44,000
GSF building is the first in a series of major buildings to
be constructed on Allan Hancock's main campus located in Santa
Maria.
Other buildings
include the Basic Skills Complex, the Student Services Building,
and the Fine Arts Complex all of which have been designed
by Fred Sweeney AIA of PMSM Architects. All four projects
are worth a combined total of over $35 million.
